Mô tả công việc
- Searches for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions;
- Manages and interprets customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs;
- Persuades clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
- Prepares information for and participate in Project bidding;
- Project Schedule planning and forecast;
- Monitors master schedules and deliveries (to follow up with client);
- Prepares and coordinates customer visit;
- Monitors change orders and variations/ make contract addendums and price variation accordingly;
- Collects customer feedback information;
- Contacts customer to introduce USB’s products / services and collect information about the project and try to convince them to put USB specs in the conceptual drawings or tender documents, if any.
- Prepares revise proposal and/ or tender document then submit explain and negotiate with customer.
- Prepares and have LOI (Letter of Intent) signed by Customer when necessary.
- Prepares Sales Contract and get it signed by Directors and Customer.
- Negotiates tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree in Engineering & Construction;
- Have experience in construction field or pre-engineering building is preferred;
- Good Customer Service and interpersonal skills;
- Good English in speaking and writing;
- Salary: negotiable.
