Mô tả công việc
- Liaise with Customer on Quotation, Samples, Orders and Deliveries
- Update & follow up with salesman, customers on sales inquiries
- Check and contact with customers from different platforms under Company (Website, Voicemail, Mail, etc.)
- Coordinate and follow up on tasks related to other departments
- Organize and ensure proper execution of Secretarial Tasks of Sales Department (Documents, Catalogs, Pictures, Price Lists etc.) and support Sales Team with assistance of daily tasks
- Set - up and maintain Information System necessary for Sales Department
- Ensure tight and good communication between all connected Departments and Employees on relevant Sales Topics.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in English (4 skills)
- At least 3 + years with same position (in personal care and cosmetics industry)
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Well - organized and responsible with an attitude in problem - solving
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions
- Used to work as a sales admin, sales support
- Have interested in health & beauty industry.
