- Train agents on product and process, as and when there are NHT batches
- Monitor batches of more than 20 agents and managing retention during training
- Responsible for achieve training conversion target(training throughput)
- Maintaining Data as per training Processes
- Building and redesigning training materials suitable for Onboarding and refresh training.
(30%)
- Work closely with Ops and Quality team design action plans to plug areas of opportunity
- Demonstrating innovation in training by carrying floor requirement into classroom training.
- Should be able to drive key performance metrics related to training
- Proficient with MS Office
- Production hours to be given weekly in the absence of NH training
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2 years experiences in Process training in BPO industry.
- Good Presentation and content delivery skills
- Good inter personal skills, Good in Inspiring and motivating people
- Good Knowledge of basic company policies
- Excellent communications skills
- Must have the ability to work under pressure & in an unstructured environment.
- Must be flexible to work in 24X7 environment.
- Good technical knowledge
