Tuyển Project Sales Manager [SCG, CBM]

- Forecast, identify potential, and develop actions/activities plan to achieve sales targets in any projects
- Manage, present and sell products and services to current & potential project’s clients
- Follow-up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activities
- Manage staffs to accomplish the work required to close sales in any projects in order to achieve project sales’ team target
- Prepare presentations, proposals, sales contracts until a contract awarded and signed
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
- Create and maintain projects database on regular updating
- Establish and maintain current and potential project’s clients relationships
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up
- Identify and resolve project’s clients concerns and problems
- Prepare reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
- Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 8 years of working experience on project sales or related fields
- Strategic thinking and overlook for future trend
- Good negotiation skill and excellent in partnership management
- Well know of law and regulation in Vietnam
- Entrepreneurial spirit with customer oriented mind and passion to work within a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
- Hard working with strong leadership and can work under pressure
- Good command of both speaking and writing English
- Excellent presentation, communication and computing skills
