* Business Development:
- Setup sales goals according to the general objectives of the department and company
- Develop own clientele base and expand local sales utilizing company and own resources
- Identify sales opportunities and obtain sales leads proactively for our network
- Handle customer enquiries as and when required
- Work in relation with sales teams and operations teams to structure reports to identify sales opportunities and obtain sales leads proactively for our network
- Match and over target, (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly target on Revenue, Number of new Customers)
- Report to Sales Manager in form of weekly updates and proper accurate monthly reports
* Manage customer debt
- Responsible for managing the debt of customers: Monitoring debt of customers, urge the repayment / Direct settlement of arising due to debt/CV
* Inventory Management
- Make sure the total inventory is not exceeded
* Develop new customer
- Build planning to find and develop new customers
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to reach your target customers & markets
Yêu cầu công việc
- Knowledge: Diploma/Degree in Economics (Business Administration, International Business) or relevant field
- At least 2 years experience working in B2B sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills
- Good computer literacy
- Experienced in paper industry, packaging is a plus
