- Take responsibility for the strategic sourcing management goals of the company and implement action items to ensure that those goals are achieved
- Responsible for negotiations for best possible cost service guarantee and develop “win-win” strategies that achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers
- Evaluate supplier core competencies and competitive positioning
- Analyze industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify supply base issues to minimize risk, protect continuity of supply, and utilize emerging opportunities
- Maintain and develop supplier relationships
- Develop and implement supplier management program
- Lead department to develop forecasts for future demand and place orders in a timely
- Other jobs as company assignment
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2 years of working experience on sourcing & new product development or related fields
- Strategic think of sourcing & new product development and overlook for future trend
- Strong preference for some international sourcing experience
- Good negotiation skill and excellent in partnership management
- Good design thinking to set up sourcing & new product development system
- Well know of law and regulation in sourcing & new product development in Vietnam
- Entrepreneurial spirit with customer oriented mind and passion to work within a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
- Eager to learn and initiate dynamic platform according to change in customer behavior and market landscape
- Hard working with strong leadership and can work under pressure
- Good command of both speaking and writing English
- Excellent presentation, communication and computing skills
