Mô tả công việc
- With marketing team, making Distribution business plan and strategy in order to achieve department revenue as well as film target;
- Responsible for all distribution activities including film booking term, term negotiation, data management, film localization, logistic, censorship;
- Analyze and review competition in the market in order to advice Head of distribution on release date;
- Establish, develop and maintain relationship with exhibitor partner, studio and other partners;
- Be able to prepare and control the budget of sales team as well as project budget;
- Responsible for asset preservation, the film, film rights, avoid all losses and loss on assets of the company;
- Responsible for building a team strong and proactive team work;
- Other activities as assigned by Head of Distribution.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company
- Have a thorough knowledge of film marketplaces
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluently communicate clearly and concisely (English and Vietnamese), both orally and in writing
- Be able to think strategically and tactically
- Have good organizing and planning skills
- Understand finance including costs and budgets management
- Be adaptable and able to respond to changing demands and events
- Manage a team
