* Overall purpose
- Propose and execute brand positioning and products promotion strategies to increase sales through digital marketing channels
- Propose effective solutions and well define customer’s consuming habits to create a potential market to develop Musical Instrument Industry
- Effectively manage the paid search budget and work with related team to maximize ROI, drive traffic, leads and customers
* Key responsibilities and duties (Critical responsibilities and skills of this position, listed in order of importance)
- Propose brand positioning strategies
- Propose brand development strategies based on company’s goals and managers’ requirements
- Concretize action steps and assign tasks for team members to reach the mutual missions
Proactively develop and implement optimization strategies to improve campaign – online to offline- performance. Monitor campaign budgeting and key performance metrics
- Propose effective solution and define customer’s consuming habits to create potential market and develop Musical Instrument Industry:
- Evaluate market, competitors and customers biannually and report the results
* Participate in the development of media plans with proposals
- Good at market research analytics and user behaviors to identify areas of opportunity and improvement, pull required data for campaign reports
- Produce creative briefs and work with the design team in developing creative asset
Design and synchronization, measurement of existing customer service standards
- Other tasks are assigned by line manager

Yêu cầu công việc

* Required working experience
- At least 3 years working experience in digital marketing, and at least 1 year at senior digital marketing position
- Able to use SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Maps, Facebook Insight
* Required qualifications
- At least BA degree in Marketing or Business Administration
* Required languages
- English proficiency
* Required knowledge and skills
