- Be responsible for recruitment activities
- Define job description and evaluate staff's perfomance
- Record working time and annual leave... for employees.
- Execute & manage OT
- Facilitate and manage staff activities when requested: health check program, Outing day, Year End Party, etc.
- Orientation for new staffs
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated major in Human Resources
- Experience in building system of personnel policies of the company
- English communication is an advantage
- Experience in recruiting and training FMCG industry over 3 years
- Working from Mon - Fri working hours
