- Be responsible with Sales Performance & Management.
- Work alongside our Head of Product and Senior Management as part of our operations team.
- Own entire projects while working with cross-functional teams of marketers, physicians, engineers,…
- Take big-picture concepts and turn them into actionable tasks for the team to drive efficient execution.
- Tackle problems with a data-driven approach and sound business judgement.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 3 - 4 years of experience with a background in B2C Sales / Sales Operations (or related analytical experience).
- Experience working with and managing salespeople.
- Understanding of key conversion metrics.
- BA/BS required and MBA strongly preferred.
- Startup experience a plus.
