1. Recruitment activities
• Get the Requisition Form from other department for defining the open vacancies
• Handles all recruitment activities such as job posting, screening applicants, preparing interviews, administering tests, checking references and background, evaluating applicant qualifications, Inform interview results to candidates, Conducting the writing letters of result to candidates
• File potential CVs on HR system for future use
• Consolidate the JD with relevant vacancies and updating JD as needed
• Administer all admin tasks within recruiting process (Offer Making, Information Form, Personal Document Submit, and Procedure making for newcomers…)
• Follow and check headcount in recruitment
• Follow up timeline in recruitment process
• Build networks to find qualified and potential candidates
• Participate in external job fairs and internal recruitment
• Monitor recruitment report periodically
• Check updating recruitment announcement on company website
• Conduct Orientation Training for new hires
• On-time update of orientation materials & record
2. Transportation Arrangement
• Arrange daily transportation to all ZSV employee, including Saturday & Sunday working in best possible service and cost effective manners.
• Arrange transportation for company guests by various Dept. and make sure that the guests are picked up properly.
• Make monthly transportation Report to Admin Supervisor to check and to Finance to release payment.
3. Vehicle Monitoring
• Monitor consumption of gasoline of company vehicle and prepare monthly report.
• Purchase pre-paid gasoline vouchers based on actual consumption.
• Purchase Quarterly Gate Toll Tickets
• Follow up maintenance, periodic check, lubricant refill and spare parts replacement of company vehicles to make sure that the vehicles are run smoothly& without disruption and make Record accordingly
• Make Report in case of request
• Arrange to obtain licenses/permits of the vehicles
4. Monitoring Canteen & Coffee Room operation
• Make sure that suppliers for kitchen & coffee room providing good quality materials and most competitive prices.
• Order sufficient materials based on Weekly Menu prepared by the Cook and estimated quantity of portions.
• Monitoring operation of kitchen to ensure that food are served in good quality, sufficient quantity and hygiene standard.
• Make Monthly Food Cost Report
• Arrange with Finance to release payment to suppliers
5. Monitoring execution of Security Team
• Monitoring daily execution of Security Team, check if Security Guard does his job in accordance with company rules on Security.
• Impress upon Security Team their responsibility to protect company properties and premises.
• Communicate new regulations, rules from Admin Dept. to Security Team
• Advise Admin. Supervisor on any changes or amendments in order to assist Security Team to carry out their duties more effectively.
6. Providing Office facilities and Office cleaning
• Preparation of purchase requisition to Purchasing Dept. for office supplies as approved by Admin. Supervisor
• Arrange maintenance or replacement of office supplies.

- Age from 25 years old
- University Graduate (preferably in Business Administration or Psychology)
- Good at English (read, write & speak)
- 3 years of experience in HR & Admin Dept.
- Good Team player, customer service orientation, Trustable, Hard-working & Good communication skill
