- General administration - Manage Admin team to ensure that the Admin department is responsive, up to date, cost conscious and proactive in supporting the operations in an effective manner, including:
o Logistic functions - manage and arrange the flight ticket, transportation, accommodation, visa etc. … for local staffs & expatriates on business trip and customers visit.
o Purchasing control - Manage purchase of stationery, beverage, IT equipment, mobile phones, etc.
o Monthly bills – invoices checking (visa, air ticket, stationery, equipment, mobile phone cost… and other relevant vendors)
o Manage contracts (purchasing, accommodation and Service provider contracts).
o Finger- print and door access system Management and controls.
o Office and building Security and Maintenance
- Controlling the relevant welcome procedures for newcomers/customer visits. Ensuring all our Customers have a first class experience from flights and accommodation to a great office experience.
- Office renovations and upgrades and the proactive beautification of the office environment
- Provide legal consultancy and update legal changes and implication. Propose establishment policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Qualification / Education - Master/ University degree in Business Law, Administration, English or relevant field
- Specific Knowledge and Skills - Strong personality with understanding of Administration practices and organizational functions, strong in planning and communication.
- Confident in an environment with different nationalities.
- Good organisation skills and pro-active approach.
- Good computer skills and fluent in both written and verbal English.
- Experience - Minimum 7 year- experience in Administration and office management positions at foreign owned companies.
- Exposure to the hospitality industry would be an advantage
