- Assistance in translating operating manuals, contracts, documents, official documents, etc..
- Support to manage logistics tasks: arrange meeting rooms and prepare necessary documents for the team when meeting.
- Attend and record meeting minutes. Follow up and remind the team leader and manager about next steps after the meeting.
- Support with document signing and managing team folders
- Be familiar with the regulations and processes governing project technical operation management.
- Welcome and guide customers, contractors, and suppliers to survey the site if any
- Keep a record of your project knowledge and lessons learned.
- Document translation and management of the partner company's administrative documents
- Support other tasks as required by the team leader and managers.

Yêu cầu công việc

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Korean (graduated from a Korean university) & Basic English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- A strong emphasis on the operations department's responsibility
- The ability to multitask, compete for concurrent priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment requiring constant innovation.
- Quick learner who enjoys discovering new technologies
