In Vietnam the Company focuses on a wide range of product like marbles products, lime stone, quicklime…etc. through manufacture and Trade.

The Indo China Operations of the Group is headed by the General Director in Vietnam to whom the incumbent will be reporting.
The incumbent will work with the team of about 25 Employees and discharge secretarial functions to the General Director.
The Company will follow the benefits as per the local laws and provide good scope for growth. The right candidate will have excellent growth opportunities and benefits commensurate to their performance.

Job Description
• Responsible for coordinate with local carriers, suppliers and booking agents, follow and implement management requirement assigned by General Director,
• Responsible for building the local sales plan, organizing and planning sales activities locally.
• Responsible for daily operation management and administration.
• Be the contact person of the Company to local customers and agents.
• Complete other tasks assigned by General Director.

You will manage social media, digital campaigns and provide reports and in charge of the bellows:

• Assist in managing social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn…), editorial calendar to ensure content is timely and create content for social media channels daily (Facebook & LinkedIn) when required
• Keep up to date and informed on new social media trends and adapt accordingly.
• Assist in doing paperwork of monthly payments for suppliers.
• Assist in collecting data to make reports when required.

Job Requirement
• Fresher or undergraduate can work full-time (Mon – Fri), prefer majors in Marketing, Foreign Trade, Business Management, Communications.
• Fluency in English
• Exceptional ability to manage details.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Google Drive, Outlook
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
• Familiar with the local logistics/exports/imports market, candidate who has wide scope social resources in the logistical industry with existed customer resources is highly preferred.
• Keen market insight, strong organizational management skills, as well as communication skills and team spirit.
• Strong responsibility on work. Treat career and colleagues with sincerity.
