1. Recruitment
- Updating/preparation job requirements/analysis and job descriptions for all positions.
- Seeking/ Selecting suitable candidate and make Schedules/ conducts interviews with candidates for placement.
- Compose Probation Agreement. Keep tracking of labor contract, updating and follow up…
2. Compensation & Benefits
- Supervises the administration of compensation and benefits programs. Supervises wage and salary management;
- Setting up Salary Scale and Table which strictly follow prevailing Labor Laws and get approval of the State Authority.
- Preparing payroll budgets; monthly salary calculation, personal income tax follow-up, social insurance and health insurance, jobless insurance report and other compensation benefits for employees.
- Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits; recommending new benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims;
- Consulate, propose and monitor allowance & incentive, policies to make more better and competition working environment and keep employees engaged for a long time also.
3. Performance Appraisal:
- Setting up appraisal system, forms, format, and procedures in order to encourage better performance.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results
4. Employees relationship:
- Checking suggestion box and feedback any question from employees
- Co-operate with trade Union to solve issue between company and employees
5. Administration and legal affairs:
- Set up all forms formats, reports and procedures which comply with the prevailing Laws and top management requirements.
- In charge of security supervision and management by setting up in and out policy in compliance with customer requirement and labor law.
- Preparing and updating monthly payment plan for all suppliers.
- Air ticket and hotels booking for all expats and top management. Accommodation arrangement also
- Prepare required documents for work permit application procedures for expats.
6) S.E.A (Social and Environment Affairs)
- Maintains safe and hazard free working conditions by monitoring company’s safety and health programs to ensure compliance.
- Develop and maintain the environmental management system (EMS), Occupational Health and Safety management system (OHS), The Social accountability management system to comply customer standard, Requirements and relevant legislation. (Puma, Nike, Adidas, UA ..).
- Establish, Implement, record documents with company environment policy.
- Cooperation with QA team to control and monitor regular internal audit to assure compliance.
- In charge for internal training about Labor, standard guidelines of customer.
- Key person in charge to upload data and post FEEM and FSLM module on Higg Index (SAC)
- Good relationship to Government office and resolve any related issue
- In charge of manage/ follow up and report to Tier 1/ Brand/ Government about harmful waste water treatment.
- Take responsibility for factory audit from Tier 1, Brand or third party about compliance.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduated or higher
- Fluently in English
- Good at Computer skill (Work, excel, power point, outlook, web ...)
- At lease 5 experience year with equivalent position
- Can work with high pressure.
