*Overview:
Reporting to Group CEO, this job holder advises, coordinates in implementation and monitor the progress and quality of works in M&A deal and project development stage.

*Responsibility:
• Support the Group CEO in overall management of business units to achieve sustainable growth, profitability and stable performance to meet the Group's business objectives.
• Analyze and propose improvements to support the Company to achieve business goals and optimize financial costs in operating activities.
• Directly participating in the group's M&A deals including M&A of Real Estate Investment Projects and Real Estate Project Companies;
• Prepare and review types of contracts related to business activities of the company including M&A contracts (transfer of real estate projects).
• Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the Group CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; and completing expense and mileage reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Group CEO, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
• Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect Group CEO’s style and organization policy.
• Check, evaluate, arrange in order of priority and brief contents of English documents which are submitted for Group CEO’s approval; ensure that they all are accurate and correct under company regulations before submitting.
• Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.

*Background / Experience:
• Bachelors’ degree in Finance / Law/ Business Administration
• At least 5 - 7 years of experience in a similar position as a professional with a broad, significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives relating to M&A and project development activities.
• Experience in Real Estate, Hotel/Resort industry preferred.

*Specific job skills:
• Knowledge of Investment Law, Enterprise Law and relevant laws on real estate.
• Knowledge of M&A and corporate level project management.
• Understanding of company regulations and operating procedures.
• Understanding of legal documents
• Knowledge of Real Estate, Project Management, Investment, Finance.
• Ability to acquire new knowledge related to investment analysis in the field of M&A and corporate project management.
• Strong ability to execute work with a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
• High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Board members, senior executives, staff, community leaders, donors, and funded partners.

• Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
• Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
