1. In charge of employees’ compensation and benefit
- Making monthly payroll for Head office.
- Checking monthly payroll for all stores of Parkson Company.
- Making the report of social insurance, health insurance, accident insurance, AON Company’s insurance monthly for Head office.
- Synthesizing insurance reports from all stores in a general report to analyze the fluctuation of employees.
- Following the sickness leave, maternity leave...to do the payment procedure of social allowance.
2. In charge of performance appraisal process:
- Prepare all documents required for performance appraisal process.
- Announcing and instructing the performance appraisal process to Department managers.
- Following and collecting the results from dept managers.
- Synthesizing and making all necessary documents to implement the decision for salary adjustment, promotion, and yearly bonus.
- Update to the HR system.
3. In charge of employees’ termination:
- Receiving the employees’ termination from departments.
- Announcing to the employees and implementing all necessary documents and actions to pay employees’ remaining benefits.
- Solving employees’ complains or queries.
4. Other duties:
Asked by HR Manager.

- At least 2 year experience as a C&B Staff
- English ability: Good in speaking, writing and reading.
- Excellent analyzing, negotiating, communicating and contracting skills.
- Honesty, integrity, carefulness.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Excel and Word proficient
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work with team
- Bachelor’s degree.
