Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a European solar renewables developer to drive its renewable energy business in potential emerging market. As the business is growing strongly, our client is seeking a Legal Manager. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Job Summary:
The Legal Manager is responsible for drafting and reviewing the commercial proposal for every single project as well as ensuring that the options our company is offering complied with the agreement between the client and our investors.
Job Responsibilities:
• Negotiate, draft, review variety of contracts, agreements arising in business operation.
• Update local authority regulation and provide relevant consultancy to avoid legal risks which my influence business operation.
• Support all the transactions, including partnerships, ventures, leasing, internal and external financing arrangements.
• Support in legal problems regarding business operation, investment, construction, completion and putting projects into use.
