Risk Management Department

• Planning, proposing and managing risk management system of the company
• Decide policy for risk management and implement measures
• Establish and update regulations for risk management
• Instruct all the staff understands and regulations for risk management
• Planning and operate credit rating system
• Deciding and updating credit rating
• Coordination for setting up credit limit, long-short transaction limit and purchasing assets
• Deliberation, approving, follow-up
• Checking request for so release and release on ERP
• Monitoring outstanding of A/R balance and credit limit
• Supporting overdue debt collection
• Researching and sharing internally information about customers, suppliers and industry
• Deliberation, approving, follow-up for purchasing, lending, borrowing, disposal and maintenance assets

RESPONSIBILITIES OF SPECIALIST

• Responsible for each task of Risk Management
• Make and revise any documents, collect and clarify any information relate to tasks of Risk Management
• Timely report about anything related to tasks of Risk Management and consult with Manager
• Any other tasks based on instruction from Manager
