1: Job Purpose
Perform the role of assessor and support to investigator
2: Key Responsibilities
2.1. Assess Major Claims requirement:
- Assess and making Major Claims
- Interact with Re-insurance to get final decision for claims process
- Export report of claims assesment
- Coordinate with other department as requirement
- Build and improve develop Claims procedure
- Handle Claims Complain
2.2. Control TPA quality:
- Controlling assesment of TPA in process of minor claims
- Spot check TPA process
- Manage and check up report from TPA report
- Build and improve develop TPA procedure
2.3. Control fraund condition:
- Detect fraund condition
- Control and hanle fraund insurance with investigation team
- Handling fraund cases
2.4. Paticipate Claims project as requirement
- Paticipate in projects to creating new products
- Participate in projects related to improve claims process and systemt
- Participate in projects to improve CX

1. Qualification and Experience
- Qualification: University degree in economics, finance, medical, law or equivalent
- Experience: At least 01 years relevant Claims
- Communication: Proactively draws up and distributes information, anticipating readers’ reaction

2.2. Functional / Technical
- Assess Major Claims requirement: Understand the TnC, follow the processes to meet TAT and SLA, proacrtive evaluate customer requirement and make the right decisions, communicate effectively with customers. Customer centricity thinking. Have good teamwork spirit and can work independently
- English skill: At least Good reading and wrtting skill
- Computer skills: PC literate in Windows Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Other MBAL domains: Marketing, Compliance & Legal, Sales (Agency, Bancassurance and other, new channels), Product Development, IT, etc.
- msg/SAP and other software companies, agencies, MB Digital department, and other vendors and solution providers
- Counterparts at MB, Ageas, MTL
