Mô tả công việc
- Record and handle customer complaints through channels: Hotline, Kakao, Fanpage, Zalo, App, Email
- Manage customer service and bridge between customers and stores
- Conduct skill set training for employees at stores to improve work efficiency
Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduated in Business Administration, Economics, Hospitality or relevant majors,
- Good communication in both Vietnamese and English (or Korean)
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service,
- Excellent Communication and Problem Solving skills
- Candidates with experience in Retail area would be preferred
- Available to work in shift (including night shift and holidays if required by line managers)
