Chuyên viên giám sát tuân thủ, pháp chế CSR (Senior Compliance)
Mô tả công việc
• Update local regulations, buyers’ requirements & global standards
• Update SOP related to Labor, environment, health &safety, fire-fighting, and CTPAT.
• Monitor environment certificates such as GRS, RCS,...etc...
• Train, improve, and raise awareness about CSR among all members of audit team at the factories
• Other CSR tasks according to the manager’s request.
Yêu cầu công việc
• College or University graduate
• Good command in spoken & written English
• With solid experience in CSR and environmental related works (in garment factory is an advantage)
• With at 2-5 years CSR auditing experience (OSH/Fire safety/EMS - Environmental mgt./HIGG)
• A good team worker and with good communication skill
• Have knowledge about Vietnam labor laws and regulations
• Aggressive person and can work under pressure.
(senior position will be considered with higher qualification/experience)
