Chuyên Viên Nhân Sự (HR Executive)
Mô tả công việc
* Recruitment:
- Complete the recruitment process to find suitable and timely candidates for the vacant positions required.
- Manage candidate profile and job posting channels
- Planning hiring and finding talented people
* C&B:
- Perform & control timekeeping, manage leaves of employees
- Support for salary, insurance, personal income tax
- Declaring social insurance and other employee benefits
- Ensuring full benefits for employees
* Formulating and maintaining policies and regulations:
- Support in developing company rules, labor agreements, payroll scales,...
- Update labor laws, insurance laws, ... related to employees and company
- Handling disciplinary violations, giving appropriate measures to handle
- Providing information and advice on labor laws and management for leaders
- Carrying out procedures for Visa, work permit, temporary residence, ... for foreigners
- Control employee records and personnel data
- Support related jobs when required
Yêu cầu công việc
* Educations:
- Degree intermediate above in any field with a keen interest in talent development.
- Must have good command of Spoken & Written English
* Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience in Human Resources for at least 2 years.
- Computer literate.
