  • Implement full cycle of recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, etc. to effective employment for assigned open positions.
  • Administer new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training programs
  • Employee Records Management: manage both physical and electronic employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • HR Policy Compliance: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Leave and Attendance Management: monitor and track employee leave, time, and attendance records and communicate any attendance issues or discrepancies to relevant managers for resolution
  • Employee Engagement: support the development and execution of employee engagement plans, coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives, including organizing social events and administering employee surveys
  • Social Insurance: manage social insurance report, ensuring timely processing and compliance with policy terms
  • HR Communication: collaborate with the Admin-HR team to plan and prepare internal HR communications
  • Labour Law Expertise: provide expert advice on labour law matters to the HR Manager and other Admin-HR team members
  • Implement other administrative tasks
  • Other tasks assigned from managers
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Good English language skills for effective communication
  • Thorough understanding of labour laws and regulations in Vietnam
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with Advance Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
  • Can-do attitude, resilience person
  • Fluently in English Communication at 4 skills : listening, writing, speaking and reading.
