Chuyên Viên Phát Triển Kinh Doanh (Business Development)
Mô tả công việc
- Develop trade marketing strategies aligned with the group strategy.
- Develop trade marketing planning to achieve sales target within budget allocated.
- Act as the key liaison between multi-brand and the group’s distribution channels and end customers.
- Overseeing brand account management, including negotiating promotion, actions, FOC’s, extra budget to sell out,… and agreements to sales and maximize profit.
- Negotiate contracts with new brands and close agreements within budget to maximize profits.
- Develop new business with existing brands and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales target.
- Forecast and track key account metrics for stock/sales/promo (Half year ahead for sales results and forecasts).
- Establish CRM scenario & Maintain customer relationships for future purchases.
- Close cooperation with other department to prepare planning.
- Cultivate programs that ensure products sell in-store off line and online.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate to create and research for new product development.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Strong knowledge of the beauty industry.
- Experience in Health/Medical Care/Beauty retail services is preferred.
- Strong multibrand management.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while - maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Experience analyzing large amounts of data and trends.
- Ability to think critically and creatively.
