Recruitment:
• Carry out Daily Recruitment Activities:
• Place Job Advertisements and Hot Jobs Notice
• Update Candidate Database
• Screen Resumes for Testing & Interview
• Arrange & follow up on 1st & 2nd Interviews
• Handle Response to Candidates
• Inform Newcomers to Depts (Admin, IT, Managers.)
• Prepare Newcomer Notice to All Associates
• Welcome Newcomers on Start Date
• Assist HR & Admin Manager in organizing Recruitment Events
• Confirm Referral Bonus Payments
• Verify/update job description folder
• Prepare Weekly Report
• Take responsibility for establishing, implementing, maintaining and improving the process compliance of each corresponding department
• Other Tasks required by HR & Admin Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
• A good understanding of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position and in IT company.
• Recruitment interns can apply this job and have support cost.
• A negotiator with dynamic, capable, and positive characteristics
• A proficient English communicator with the ability to work under high pressure and build up good internal and external relationships
• Fluent in English
