Customer Priority Specialist

- Provide assistance to top management in developing plans, scheduling meetings with customers and strategic partners (the Government Office, diplomatic partners, top managers of Vietnamese and international businesses)
- Attend diplomatic events and dealing with strategic customers (with FLC top managers or authorized) according to established plans/schedules.
- Collaborate with related stakeholders in organizing welcoming events, taking care of VIP visitors or customers coming to FLC Office.
- Well understand and have the ability to provide consultancy to strategic customers during diplomatic events/meetings regarding FLC products, service, operating industries, and subsidiary companies
- Serve as the contact point, matching strategic customers’ needs with FLC subsidiary companies/units.
- Develop strategic customer network for FLC Group and subsidiary companies
- Carry out other responsibility as assigned by FLC top managers.
Yêu cầu công việc
- A bachelor in Business diplomacy, Relations & Diplomacy, Foreign Trade, Economis, etc., preferring candidates who studied abroad.
- 3 years of experience or more in positions related to diplomacy/sales/marketing/finance/customer service etc., preferring candidates who have work experience Priority Relationship Manager..
- Female candidates, height >= 1,60m, professional and well-groomed appearance, standard speaking voice.
- Fluent at 1 or more languages (English, Chinese, Korean, etc.).
- Good communication skills, flexibility, staying updated to economic, political, and social status
- Outgoing character, confident in communicating with customers and business partners
- Able to take business trips.
- Responsible and reliable.
