Customer Service Executive

- Sales order: receive PO from sales team -> create SO, post & print picking list, send email to other departments
- Follow up sales order: urgent order, special order: new outcross docking, promotion
- Follow up all promotions from marketing team for creating SO
- Follow up custom paper (delivery wine) for Big C system
- Follow up all picking list & send to storage team quickly
- Contact with Sales team, Marketing team, Accounting team, IT team -> solve problem SO on AX system
- Send require to Admin storage team for change product, change sales order, reduce product, and cancel sales order
- Support another Customer Service
- Report to Customer Supervisor
Yêu cầu công việc
- University/ College in Economics/ Business
- At least 1 year experience at the same position in FMCG Company
- Good communication skills
- Can work under pressure
- Carefully & responsibilities
- Team work
- Communication in English
