Customer Service Executive (E-Booking Service)
Mô tả công việc
- Process all orders paid by credit card, including checking credit card fraudulent and refund process
- Verify transactions with a different mode of payments such as bank transfer, credit cards, etc...), match payment and booking ID
- Interact with banks and customers to validate the information and to confirm or cancel authorizations
- Initiate refund reversal to the account of the customer;
- Respond to customer queries by phone or e-mail to support and solve complaint cases;
- Support related team with bank statement checking, payment verification, refund status.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 1-year experience in customer support.
- Good at English (Especially Writing & Reading)
- Understanding of customer service principles
- Experience with banking/ payment systems is a plus
- Willing to work on the weekend, national holidays, overtime if needed
- Willing to work under shifting mode (Night shift including)
- Able to adapt in dynamic company culture and fast-paced working environment
- Able to work under pressure and in a large team
- Always bring a positive attitude within colleagues and towards customers
