* QMS & document management
- Review Quality Management System / Verification ISO 9001: 2015 regularly and satisfy customer requirements / correspondence
- Establish an internal verification plan
- Collaborate with customers:
+ Complete product / unit knowledge
+ Office management skills, communication, verification
+ Ability to meet customer requirements
- Other job of QA/QC section
* Customer service
- Receive and resolve customer complains, give out solutions
- Organize customer meetings to find out the causes, measures and report on QIMS
- Coordinate when customers come for verification
Yêu cầu công việc
- 1- 3 years of working experience related to quality management.
- Candiate with senior up experience.
- Experience on ISO.
- Proficient in office skills (Word, Excel).
- Can use English.
- This is a chance to be come a leader.
