- Lead and improve customer order fulfilment and the coordination with both customer and manufacturing plant team to support on time delivery.
- Responsible for the input accuracy of order, price and customer database in the SAP system and improve the order review process.
- Lead the order plan and sale forecast plan.
- Responsible for Mass Production Plan, Material Plan, Capacity Plan, Drive for 100% attainment of production plan.
- Manage inventory planning to keep FG/RM/WIP at reasonable level at various location. Manage material E&O, ECN to minimize material excess.
- Support Project management team on NPI material supply and shipment arrangement.
- Manage Material Planning to ensure sufficient and moderate material supply. Implement reasonable safety stock plan for key components and common material per difference guide line.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Good command in English reading, writing, speaking and listening
- More than 05 years supply chain management experience in manufacturing environment, international companies background and automotive business background is preferred.
- Extensive experience with whole supply chain flow management including on order management, demand forecast, OTD of shipment and production plan, inventory control, MRP planning, warehouse management, ect…
- Good commercial sense, good control a cost
- Good communication with different parties includes client/ internal team/suppliers
- Good problem solving skill and well organized work style
- Good ability of analysis, communication, coordinator, negotiation, and leadership, able to manage milestones
- Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point).
