Inbound:
• Professionally handle high volume incoming inquiries from customers (Email, SMS, Webchat, Facebook, Zalo,…)
• Clarifying the customer's complaints, resolve customer issues or follow escalation process.
• Willing to learn new things and adapt to new environment quickly
• Take high responsibility in serving customers with 'wow' Customer Service
• Get new initiatives to improve processes, daily task
• Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.
• Record customer’s consulting on CRM as regulation
• Shift working is accepted
Outbound:
• Make outbound calls to customers to provide/ feedback information, complaint
• Make a call to confirm the transfer information
• Call out for customer care programs: happy call, promotion, after sale event,…
• Ensure the quality and quantity of calls comply with the commitments.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Work experience in a high energy, productive environment.
• Excellence in written and spoken Vietnamese
• Exceptional comprehension and writing skills.
• Learn and develop by themselves
• Soft voice (easy to hear, no regional)
• Analytical with effective negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Office skills
• Good teamwork
