  • Consulting services to the customer’s inquiries via email, live chat, phone, etc.
  • Providing a polite, professional and accurate communication
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Collecting or delivering dossiers from/to customers;
  • Filling in relevant forms;
  • Perform customer verifications
  • Contacting and updating with authorities;
  • Write and post information to Social networks
  • Other activities to help customers finish the service
Yêu cầu công việc
  • No working experience required
  • Candidate must possess at least a College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent
  • Logical thinking ability
  • Motivated and proactive
  • Careful and patient style of work
  • Strong written, listening, reading and speaking English skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Negotiation skills

  • Shift 3: 2:00am - 7:00am (work at home)
