Deputy HR Manager (Foreign Services)

- To manage and lead HR team, work alongside the expat HR manager.
- To oversee the recruitment process to ensure that very well qualified foreign staff recruited and retained;
- To deal with post recruitment process including but not limited to: work permit, visa, staff induction, housing services etc...;
- To support the HR manager in all activities including but not limited to:
+ Daily report system-staff attendance;
+ Disciplinary actions (when required);
+ Coordinating with Academic team on matters relating to staff’s performance;
+ Other duties as will be assigned from time to time.

Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết
- Minimum: Bachelor degree in Business Administration / HR Management, or related field. Master degree in a related field is a plus;
- At least 5 years experience in related field (of which a minimum 2 years in managerial position);
- English level: minimum IELTS 7.0 or equivalent;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good knowledge on system management in a large organization;
- Ability to build a strong team;
- Ability to mobilize and encourage staff to overcome challenges within complex, multinational environment.
