Digital Marketing Manager

1. Planning & managing

• Manage all websites branding and consistency across IPP GROUP
• Launch of all new websites – From Brief – Design – confirmation and Launch. Work hand in hand with BOD and subsidiaries
• Social KPIs enforcement to subsidiaries – act as a Consultant building framework/KPIs
• Manage directly socials plans for: IPPG/ Rex Arcade/ Cam Ranh International Terminal/
• Work hand in hand with Fashion subsidiaries and Trang Tien plaza and help with their Social strategy/ plans/ and KPIs
• Monitor all company digital accounts management, report/ask to fix the problem.
• Suggesting content direction for digital channels -- acting as a consultant
• CRM – work hand in hand with IT/ and Subsidiaries in order to Manage all databases to segment the customers and use for suitable campaigns of group/brands/subsidiaries. – for NEWSLETTER especially (CRM GLOBAL SYSTEM STILL NEEDS TO BE PUT IN PLACE)

2. Analytics & Insight:

• Develop the KPI system to measure success of campaigns and strategies; review results and make recommendations for future learnings
• Monitor trends on digital
• Monitor the activities of main competitors on digital_Yearly Report to be presented to BOD
• Analyze and evaluate online campaigns and strategies_with subsidiaries if needed – but especially with the channels handled Personally
• Report on effectiveness of campaigns/channels to Marketing Directing
