E-Kyc Officer
Mô tả công việc
- Receive and manage large amounts of video calls, inbound/outbound calls in a timely manner;
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling calls;
- Identify/ Do KYC customers via video calls, verify/clarify customers' information and open account for customers;
- Communicate effectively and analyze risk assessment for new clients;
- Responsible for a good understanding of related regulations, policies and procedures
- Other tasks as assigned by Managers.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Submit resume in English;
- Good skills in English;
- Previous experience in a customer support role;
- Have experience on KYC/AML is preferable;
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening;
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types;
- Ability to fast react to situations;
- Ability to work under pressure and simultaneously handle multiple tasks;
- Strong attention to details and risk awareness.
