High-Level Administration

  • Manage and maintain the executive’s schedules
  • Coordinate workflow
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • Keep projects on schedule
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation and reporting materials
  • Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents, prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary
  • Arrange travel schedule and reservation for the entire company. Ensure the total visibility of travel
  • Support in claims for ELC members
  • Control the company’s chop and chopping log

Communication

  • Compose correspondence/ reports for own or manager’s signature
  • Check deadlines on incoming request and put preliminary work in play
  • Interact with both internal and external executives efficiently
  • Answer phones and direct incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently

Office Administration

  • Manage the work schedule of Company’s executive driver
  • Support ODHR & Admin of administrative on office administration as required

Academic / Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree
  • Fluency in English language
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • A high level of professionalism and sense of confidentiality is crucial
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Well organized, flexible, proactive
  • Attention to details

Work Experience

  • Solid working experience in handling wide range of administrative and a group of executive support
  • At least 5 years of executive assistant experience
