- Responsible for all C&B operation is smoothly operate (3000 headcounts in HCM).
- Management payroll and labor contract delivery to all employees on time.
- Clearly understand the Company SOP and C&B’s policy such as working time, leave, resignation process, etc.
- Ensure providing the best C&B service to all employees.
- Management “Cooperation Pharmacist”.
Trách nhiệm chính
1. Monthly payroll
2. New employee
3. Resigned employee
4. Leave: responsible for leave management on A/X system (Store) and excel file.
5. Personal Income Tax (PIT)
6. Social, health, accident and unemployment insurance (SHUI).
7. Labor contract
8. Internal and external report:
9. Internal system: ensure all information on A/X is fulfill and on time; work closely with relevant Depts. to manage well A/X and BI system.
10. Cooperation Pharmacist (DSHT): manage all DSHT
11. Law Compliance – Company policy
12. Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards;
13. Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement;
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor Degree
- Prefer Business Administration, Accounting, Human resources management
- At least 04 years working experience in Human Resource
- Travels when required
