- Control of the HR overall functions.
- Formulate personnel systems and strategies appropriate to the company’s corporate missions and goals.
- Recruit and oversee recruitment and hiring process.
- Develop remuneration and reward procedures.
- Plan and direct employee training and development programs.
- Improve management/employee communications, including mediation of disputes, and advise line managers on how to implement personnel policies.
- Structure benefit programs to attract and retain top talents.
- Initiate, oversee, coordinate and update human resource software systems.
- Suggest appropriate innovative measures for improving performance evaluations and employee engagement.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education and Experience:
- BSc/BA in human resources, business administration, or relevant field;
- MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus or related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in HR, proven experience as HR Director.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
- Good business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
- Good knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
