*** Working Scopes:
1. HR
• Recruitment planning and reporting to management. Consolidation with different centers (Job Description, posting, CVs, interview, offering, termination)
• Training programs preparation
• Staff welfare policy and execution (compensation & benefits, review, amend, supplement)
• Company's Activities (Charities, Social activities…)
• Employee Profiling
• HR & Admin budget preparation & execution
2. Administration
• Planning and organizing company events
• Annual company equipment purchasing
• Office rental/contract & Renovation
• Office general affairs (working environment, equipment...)
• Landlord liaison (renewal, pricing, building policy, security, M&E)
• Review and continuously implement and adjust of company administrative system
• Ensure all work activities are in compliance with operational, and standards.
• Support operation of overseas headquarter and branches
Yêu cầu công việc
- Female, University degree.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience.
- Initiative & Responsible.
- Self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good planning and organization skills.
- Ability to analyze, raise decision and solve problems.
- Ability to gather data, compiles information, and prepares reports.
