FUNCTION OBJECTIVES
- Being in charge of designing HR plans and managing all day-to-day HR activities to guarantee company efficiency.
- Expanding employee relations and retention, company culture and branding by managing cross-functional teams, maintaining existing talent, and achieving company goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
85% Responsibilities
● Developing and implementing HR plans and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
● Manage the recruitment & selection process and control recruitment metrics to assess the recruitment activities.
● Ensure payroll and relevant benefits (including insurances, tax, others) to be implemented accurately and in a timely manner every month as regulation of the Company and relevant Law
● Maintain & improve HRIS system to make the system effective with the development of the company
● Design company culture, ensure internal communication transparent, quick, timely that providing the best place to work
● Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
● Build and develop training & development policy to ensure employees to be trained for relevant skills as required accordingly which unify with employee career path in company
● Ensure legal compliance & policy guidelines throughout human resource management.
● Ensure the office management activities nurture a positive working environment
● Manage the procurement process, management of equipment, tools instruments, stationery for the company office
● Oversee and managing HR - Admin budget the and perform periodic budget analyses
15% Reports/Presentations & Filing
● Create reports/ presentations/proposals and submit them to the Chief Operation Officer upon request.
● Fulfill other professional duties as assigned by Chief Operation Officer
Yêu cầu công việc
● Degree in Human Resources Management, Law or related field;
● At least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role in fast-pace companies;
● In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices; Having Law mindset
● Knowledge of HR systems and databases;
● Proficient in designing & managing C&B packages in terms of salary, benefits, 3P salary, KPI, others & other company policies
● Master in the regulations and professional skills on social insurance, personal income tax law
● Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
● Effective communication & flexible management ability;
● Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
● Excellent in MS Office, especially Excel;
● Fluent in English.
