Human Resource Jobs:

  • Setup plan to recruit employees as request
  • Directly interview employees (office staff or production worker)
  • Support to record working time and annual leave... for employees.
  • Having strong knowledge of payroll as well as C&B
  • Doing work permit, residence card for foreigner employers and employees.
  • Do jobs of Insurance kinds, Income tax monthly or quarterly and annual.
  • Keep track of labor contract, termination decision
  • Review appraisal performance and regulations for employees.
  • Have knowledge about environment report: environment impacting assessment, periodical environment report, hazardous waste report
  • Manage firefighting and prevention affair, fire drill, fire equipment
  • Have knowledge of Health – Safe – Labor
  • Prepare and working with auditors (customer or local government) try to achieve good result.

Admin Jobs:

  • Support to other teams with administrative requests.
  • Support to purchase and manage daily company activities such as stationeries & equipment, machine, refreshment, hotel booking, air ticket, visa … on time and be sure all run well.
  • Generate and manage documents for company.
  • Ensure that all admin expenses and activities will comply with the company Policy and Procedure
  • Support to manage food service for employees
  • Manage car and driver in order to ensure their good working performance; arrange car schedule; fuel and maintenance cost
  • Prepare conferences, meetings and reports.
  • Support Trade Union activities

Yêu cầu công việc
  • Transportation by yourself
  • Graduate University
  • At least 3 year experiences in HR field
  • Good in English (4 skills)
  • Professional in computer for office (Strong Excel)
  • Good in team working & independent working
  • Flexible improvisation
  • Un-marriage person is advantage
