Core Tasks:
HR
• Recruitment activities for new staff;
• Establishment of Employment Processes and Procedures for Existing Staff;
• Induction activities in relation to new staff;
• Establishment of performance management procedures for new staff;
• Remuneration and Compensation policies;
• Exit procedures, resignations, terminations and redundancies.

Recruitment
• Identify present and future staffing requirement needs;
• Maintain streamlined, standardized, accessible recruitment and selection processes for the attraction and retention of quality staff;

Employment Processes
• Manage the effective and efficient administration of employment processes and lead a proactive best practice approach to the identification, development and continuous improvement of processes;
• Ensure processes are legally compliant, user friendly and consistent with the company values;
• With the assistance of the legal department, draft and maintain a suite of templates related to employment (e.g. handbooks, work place rules, policy documents and compliancy documents);

Inductions
• Prepare Employment Agreements, including probationary contracts and employment contracts, Welcome packs, Starter and Induction packs
• Welcoming and assist with induction of new employees

Terminations – End of Employment
• Ensure termination process are followed and prompt finalization of termination takes place
• Offer Exit Interviews;
• Certificate of Service;
• Where necessary, cooperate with Legal Department in the handling of employment disputes;

Remuneration
• Research industry remunerations standards to ensure W-VN employees are offered competitive compensation packages in line with Industry standards;
• Assist in the development and roll-out of compensation packages;
Administration
• Schedule meetings and take notes
• Follow up rolling task lists
• Taking core of the house rules and a smooth workflow between the different deportments
• Take care of official communication between the Hub and other Group entities
• Day to Day administrative requirements;
• Assist in visa processing and logistics for Werth internal staff from other regions;

Competencies/Authorizations:
• Custody and usage of company stamp/chop;
• Subject to approval, execution of employment contracts;
• Subject to approval, execution of end of employment settlement agreements;
• Subject to agreed budget, retaining external legal services;
• Such other authorizations as may be outlined in a properly executed Letter of Authorization, as may be issued and/or amended from time to time

Yêu cầu công việc

- Job Holder Requirements: Age from 35 - 48
- Education: Tertiary Education (Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree)
- Working Experience: > 5 years working in a similar industries in a HR management
- Operational Area: Vietnam, occasional business trips
- Languages: Native/Fluent Vietnamese, advanced English verbal and written skills
Personality:
- Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and verbal, as to communicate with employees, members of the management team, and in group presentations and meetings
- Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback
