*** Purpose of job

- To monitor and manage HR/Admin team and ensure all HR/Admin activities run smoothly;

- To provide partnership support and suitable people solutions for the company in short and long term

*** Job Function

I. HR Management

1. HR Management procedures and policies: set up and develop HR management system in compliance with the Labor Laws;

2. Recruitment:

- To recruit the qualified employee within designated timeframe;

- To review application/resume, interview job applicants, evaluate applicant skills, make recommendations regarding applicant’s qualifications and complete the employment;

3. Compensation and benefit

- To set up and advise the appropriate salary structure

- To design, to implement and to administrate the compensation and benefits program

- To manage the performance assessment of employee for compensation and benefit and employee development

- To develop, recommend, implement and administer compensation and benefits systems and programs which support pay for performance and meet other defined objectives.

4. Employee Relationship

- To build up and maintain good relationships and good understanding with all staff via effective communication and activities;

- To review and revise employee rules and regulations

- To control employees to in line with rules and regulations of the Companies

5. Human resource administration

- To prepare and manage employee contracts, personal documents system;

- To manage and implement employee social, health and unemployment insurance; salary

- To manage and file all records of office staff and operating staff systematically, fully and to keep such records updated regularly.

- To prepare salary report, send salary slip to every staff monthly

- Prepare PIT Report, Register personal tax code for staff or for staff's children or their parents

II. Admin Management:

1. Office Management:

- General management in Hanoi and other offices (if any) including renovation.

- Company outings, meetings, seminars, events, teambuilding, etc...

- To liaise with insurance company or broker for loss and damage;

- Booking tickets , restaurant, order food for company party, birthday party for employess

- Collect invoices and Make payments for insurance, sale expense, mobile phone, water, rental fee, service for office, internet, office fone, taxi, grap, printing, courrier fee, company car expense

2. Management legal company documents:

- To follow up investment license and other legal documents for all offices, depots;

- To keep and fill legal company documents;

- To certify company document.

3. Prepare visa and work permit, temporary resident card for foreigners in company

4 .To implement other works as authorized by BOM

Yêu cầu công việc

- Skills & Knowledge requirement:

+ Bachelor degree

+ Expert in Human resource and Administration management

+ Have experience in working for Korean company

+ Good knowledge on labor law

+ Good organizational and leadership skill

+ Good presentation skill

+ Good interpersonal skills

Phúc lợi công việc

- Bonus: 13th month bonus

- Company trip: One times per year.

- Social welfare: Employee will be entitled regulations in compliance with Labor Code of

- Vietnam such as Social & Medical Insurance, Unemployment Insurance…..).

- Other regimes: Follow the Labor Code and company’s other regulations.
