1. Responsible for Recruitment and Training activities, including but not limited to:

- Organize the whole recruitment process from manpower planning to the final hiring and onboarding process.

- Arrange training courses, record all the training records, etc.

2. Responsible for Compensation and Benefits, including but not limited to:

- Administration of Insurance & Employee healthcare insurance, leave benefits and other welfare

- Liaise with the tax authority on all employees' personal income tax (PIT) matters.

- Do payroll administration.

3. Responsible for Human Resources Management System (HRMS) to ensure all the records are up-to-date and to provide support to employees to use the systems.

4. Responsible for other daily HRA operations, including but not limited to the administration of HR policies, HR reports, expat supports.

5. Other HRA tasks as required by the Managers

1. Qualifications and skills:

- Female from 27 to 35 years old.

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant qualifications.

- Relevant professional Human Resources certification is a plus.

- Fluent 4 skills of English and have good presentation skills. Able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage (not compulsory).

- Proficiency in computer literacy, good at MS office and Excel

2. Experience and knowledge:

- Deeply understand about relevant laws in HR & Admin, especially Labor law; PIT & SHUI.

- Experience in the same position or HR / admin work (PIT, Salary, SHUI, recruitment & training, office/staff administration) of more than 5 years in foreign companies.

- Experience in coordination/ negotiation with relevant authorities.

- Experience in HRA software is given priority.

- Experience in business admin (visitor VISA, WP, PIT, hotel, car rental arrangement).

3. Personalities and attitude:

- Have good logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Be loyal, honest, careful, detail - oriented, hard-working, and studious.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Good ability to work independently as well as within a team.

- Be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to prioritize and plan work activities.

- Having positive thinking and self-discipline person.

- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.

- Be enthusiastic and ready to work overtime when necessary.

- Looking forward to a long-term relationship with the company.
