The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR and recruitment, with a thorough understanding of HR policy and procedures. The bulk of the role will involve employee orientations, benefits administration, compensation, rewards, and conflict resolution, but there is great opportunity for developing and refining systems. We are eager to find an HR manager who easily connects with people and has a detail‐oriented, forward‐looking mindset to handle the diversified and professional nature of the workforce.
- Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures, using and improving HR existing and recommended systems and processes.
- Recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances.
- Ensure and provide the best working environment for staff such as managing working facilities (computers, seat, name card, etc.), office facility, stationeries, working with external suppliers providing facility services.
- Manage the internal documents and cooperate with the accounting department for payments such as office payments, etc.
- Organize internal events creatively and dynamically such as meetings, company trips, team building events, ceremonies, workshops, birthday etc.
- Support to register Tax code, PIT dependents as well as related issues if any.
- Implement payroll as well as related payment.
- Support solve to prepare Labor reports.
- Follow up the Leave report.
- Alert contract expires and prepare contract renewal to Dept., Head.
- Personnel administration Collect employee's documents and keep them in employee profile.
- Ensure all the HR activities align with Vietnamese labor laws.
- Other duties assigned by Director.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Must have 5-7 years of experience in HR position with Solid experience and knowledge of HR major.
- Having experience in building startup company, insurance company is a plus.
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to work independently.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Looking for long-term working environment.
- Good Microsoft office such as words, excel, good at internet search skills.
