• Day to day management of a busy office team, including HR, Admin and recruitment.
• Ensuring the local Vietnamese labour laws are implemented and adhered to by staff and the company.
• Collate and maintain up-to-date information related to local labour laws and company admin, and ensure it is available and understandable by staff and managers.
• Ensure all inter company documentation is maintained and updated (Code of Conduct, Employee Handbook, Company Guidelines, Contracts etc).
• Strong focus on well written English communication for inter company announcements.
• Able to adapt approach and communication style across different mindsets and cultures.
• Support HOD and managers in daily requests related to HR, Admin and recruitment.
• Manage all disciplinery actions against staff and ensure the company strictly follows local labour laws.
• Manage the admin support team and ensure all records are kept up-to-date.
• Work directly with managers and staff as required in relation to HR, Admin and recruitment.
• Ensure that all required paper work is prepared and in place for new starters (including expats visas/work permits and required documentation).
• Support both new and exsisting expat staff related to official company paper work or documentation.
• Manage admin staff in arranging official company events or social gatherings.
• Ongoing improvement of the department and its tasks.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Operations Manager/COO.
• Reports to Operations Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• BA/ BS Degree related to HR, Admin and office management.
• At least 6+ years of experience in HR, Admin and office management (previous experience in an international company will be an advantage).
• In-depth understanding and frequent use of Microsoft office software applications.
• Professional, flexible and approachable working style.
• Strong skill in English communication, both in verbal and written
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Good presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent soft skills and ability to adapt to new ideas and cultures.
• Diligence, reliability and responsibility are a must.
• Ability to work independently as well as willingly to support colleagues as a team. Work under high pressure, result-oriented and capable of multi-tasking.
