HR/Assistant General Manager

- Report line: HQ General manager
- Assigned department: HR and BSP team
- You will be responsible for supporting HQ General Manager to lead and manage back-office operation and services to contribute to the business success. Your duties and responsibilities are mainly including:
1. Budgeting and planning:
- Plan, organize and control all activities of the department. Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
- Responsible for preparing annual budget for office, planning and controlling the expenditures to support effectively for the company operation.
2. Policies and procedures
- Cooperate with every Team Managers and support General Manager to develop and administer various Accounting, IT, human resources and administration plans, policies and procedures.
3. Staff evaluation and development
- Supervise tasks allocation to subordinates. Monitor and evaluate members’ performance.
- Supervise target setting for subordinates and evaluate their target achievement.
- Advise and communicate career direction for subordinates, conduct coaching and training for members for their development and career advancement.
- Create and design career development plan for all organization members, conduct coaching and training for members.
4. Oversee all department functions and manage employees to deliver Accounting, IT, human resources and administration services to support effectively for the Company business.
Other duties upon business needs.
- Working Time: 8:00-17:30
- Monthly Salary: 1,500 - 2,500USD

- Essential requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree, major in HR, Business Administration, Economics or Foreign studies
+ At least 2 years experience in the same position
+ Have a good knowledge of Vietnamese law and regulations related.
+ Have a complete understanding of the Company's internal rules and regulations.
+ High sense of responsibility, hospitality and thoughtfulness.
+ Good organization and planning skills.
+ Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
+ Good communication and problem solving skills.
+ English business level
- Preferable requirement:
+ English business level and Japanese from N2
