General work description:
- Recruit and training sale staff.
- Responsible for full cycle of search and recruitment activities including advertising, screening, interviewing, recommendations to successful placements.
- Guiding new employees to submit personal documents as prescribed.
- Support to conduct others training activities assigned by HRD.
- Supervise & control sale staff to follow up company standards ( store visual / hygiene /display regulations / company culture).
- Implementing marketing activities in accordance with company’s strategy into the retail chain system.
- Together with management team create EVENT agenda for the retail chain.
- Guide and supervise the implementation of marketing/promotion at shops.
- Sale statistic basic analytics and supervising of moving products between warehouse to shops / between shops.
1. Project management of new store openings:
- Participate in project scoping and budgeting; Communicate project status to project participants and stakeholders throughout the project to ensure critical components are not missed and risks are identified.
- Do retail market research when required.
- Manage of new store setup team.
- Analyze and propose new business models
2. Organizing - operating and controlling the team to support all related retail activities:
- Propose the programs which could help to boost sales and customer care service.
- Develop programs to promote service quality (sales behavior, working environment, promotion, exchange policy...)
- Collect information, analyze the reports of market share and competitors in order to propose appropriate policies.
- Manage SM/SA to maintain and ensure store standard
3. Leading sales capacity improvement projects
- Work closely with company leadership, growth team and compliance personnel to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Partner with colleagues to establish, implement operational processes and systems.
- Manage daily operation of system.
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of coordination and communication between operational support and programme development & growth team.
- Provide support to growth, customer experience and compliance team.
- Other tasks as per requested by HRD & BOD
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience at the same position in retail chains.
- Priority is given to candidates with knowledge of project & task-force management.
- Experience in P&L management of store chains
- Age: 30 - 35 years old.
2. Skills:
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Planning
- Monitoring - Evaluate staff’s performance
- Motivate employees; Coaching, mentoring staff;
- Delegation of authorization;
- Problem solving & decision making.
- Good communication, presentation, persuasion and good behavior.
- Creative thinking, flexible, continuous improvement
3. Additional Notes: Willing to travel as requested.
