EY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

EMPLOYEE RELATION

  1. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations
  2. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  3. Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions, demotions and transfers
  4. Termination procedure & exit interview
  5. Reward & Discipline
  6. Internal legal consultant & ensure compliance for all employee
  7. Resolve complaints

EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE

  1. Deliver human resource services: conducting investigations, corrective actions, conflict resolution, leave management, industrial/labor relations, and monitoring compliance programs
  2. Deliver employee experience: onboarding, local training delivery, performance management, employee engagement and recognition programs.
  3. Building up ideas and plans to organize internal engagement/ retention programs

COMMUNICATION

  1. Planning internal communication campaign to meet different requirements of each program
  2. Writing, editing and reviewing all contents on internal communication channels
  3. Developing and expanding more internal communication channels
  4. Organize company events, campain,..
  5. Implement activities of social responsibility

JOB REQUIREMENT (EDUCATION/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE)

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Law, Economics, Foreign Language, PR, Journalism, Marketing….
  • At least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified such as an HR Generalist/ HRBP, employee relations, labor relations/ Employee Engagement/ internal communication position in a high growth organization in similar industry (multinational organization is preferred)
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Great knowledge in Employment law & grievance procedures, Employee training, Employee relations & Government relations, Stakeholder management
  • Experience conducting investigations, anticipating issues, problem solving and implementing solutions
  • Use computer fluently, especially with Internet Explorer, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook and familiar with Social Media platforms
  • Ability to prepare and present training programs and materials.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
